Vendor Vehicles and Breakdown

No vendor vehicles will be allowed on festival grounds. Vendors will receive at least 1 parking pass, depending on vendor level. Please note: if you need to change shifts with another person, previous arrangements will need to be made to switch out parking pass. To allow festival attendees to exit safely, no vendor vehicles will be allowed to move into or around the festival grounds until 6pm on Sunday.

Vendor Staging

To make vendor staging more efficient, vendors will check in on site to receive their space assignment. You will receive arrival instructions once payment is received.

Important

All festival vendors are required to read and agree to adhere to FESTIVAL GUIDELINES. Pricing and rules can be found on the corresponding applications. View the applications tab on our website to find the appropriate form.

As always, Non-Profit vendors within Winterville town limits will not be charged for space. Non-profits will be considered for Saturday only unless approved otherwise.
